2026 Letter to Senators, Representatives and Government Officials
A Call to Courage, Conscience, and Civic Action
Fighting antisemitism and Jew hatred must occur on many fronts. Ultimately, a change in every individual human heart is required. Hate begins in the heart, the inner person. At the same time, upstanding for our Jewish neighbors with letters is a powerful way to influence the growing culture of hate and violence in the United States of America.
In a democratic society, writing letters to our leaders and representatives is a privilege guaranteed by very few nations throughout history. In Syria, for example, ordinary citizens who expressed political viewpoints that differed from the Assad regime were arrested without warrants, tortured, and summarily executed. 120,000 to 300,000 children, women, and men disappeared, many without a trace. Many mass graves are now being discovered throughout Syria. Families now search in vain for their loved ones in prisons and mass graves.
We have the freedom to express our values in America, but few people utilize this freedom. Freedom of religion, speech, and press are guaranteed by our Constitution. Refusing to utilize these freedoms is willful neglect of democracy that silences the voices of the best representatives of humanity. Around the world, William Butler Yeat’s solemn warning that “the best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity,” is spreading hate, upheaval, lawlessness, and the collapse of nations throughout the world.
Since 911 in America, a day that needs to live in the minds and hearts of every person in every generation, especially our children and youth, 49,000 acts of Muslim Jihadist violence have been perpetrated across the world. Verily, the worst are full of “passionate intensity” and hatred for democratic institutions, especially the religious freedom and free market economic opportunities that are available to every human being. Jews and Christians have been targeted by Muslim violence throughout the world. It is long past the time to upstand for our Jewish and Christian neighbors.
Write your local, state, and federal representatives, mayors, governors, Senators, pastors, etc. as well as embassies of nations such as Iran, Yemen, Lebanon, Nigeria, Sudan, Congo, Qatar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Türkiye, Egypt, and the United Nations itself. Lawlessness, darkness, and hate will lead us down the road of world war and ultimate human destruction.
Every human will give a full account to the God of the Jews and Christians, YHWH. What will your account be?
The following sample letter emphasizes the horrors of the Holocaust, especially the 1.5 million innocent Jewish children who were rounded up by their neighbors and systematically and brutally murdered. Now is the time for YOU to write letters and stand up against antisemitism and Jew hatred, as well as Judeophobia and Christophobia in America.
Dear Honorable Governor/Senator/Congressman-woman:
Although most of us are familiar with the story of Anne Frank, a Jewish girl and her family hidden during the Holocaust, many people are unaware that 1.5 million Jewish children were systemically murdered during the Holocaust. Ordinary citizens in cities, towns, and villages throughout Europe rounded up their neighbor’s Jewish children.
Entire families were arrested for simply being Jews. Children were given numbers, often separated from their parents, and even had mug shots taken as if they were criminals. In addition to Jewish children, Roma, Sinti, and Slavic children were labelled “subhuman” and brutally murdered in inconceivable ways.
The level of hatred and evil necessary to brutally murder children is difficult to comprehend. Yet, each of us has a shared human nature capable of choosing good or evil. Their mass murderers were ordinary citizens just like us, many with children of their own, who willingly participated in genocide and crimes against Jewish humanity, often with a “clean conscience.”
Those Gentiles who did not directly participate in brutality and mass murder frequently looked away, engaging in complicit silence. Others informed on their Jewish neighbors, extorted money from Jews, misappropriated Jewish property, and quietly aided and abetted local authorities. Over 99% of those individuals responsible for Nazi genocide escaped secular justice, an affront against our Jewish neighbors, and a dark stain on the conscience of humanity.
The level of hatred we are seeing against our Jewish neighbors in the United States since October 7, 2023 has accelerated at a shocking rate. Holocaust survivors report that they are observing ominous parallels between the incremental rise of Nazi hatred against Jews in the 1930s and recent events in the United States. Hatred is a fatal disease of the human heart that can only be controlled by self-examination & conscience, legislation, judicial process, religious commandments, and law enforcement to ensure the civil rights, safety, due process, and humanity of our Jewish neighbors.
I strongly and unequivocally implore you to ensure the safety of our Jewish neighbors and their children throughout this great nation. Hate crimes, including murder and terrorism against Jews, threats, inflammatory words, stalking, veiled homicidal statements such as “from the river to sea,” college campus harassment and intimidation by pro-Palestinian students and professors, conspiracy theories, talk of Jewish power and financial control, exclusion, and related hate speech and provocation must not be tolerated in the United States.
As a leader in our nation, I am asking you to follow the dictates of your conscience and upstand for our Jewish neighbors. This is not a time for complicit silence, but one of concerted discourse and decisive action. It is a time for Gentiles to speak and stand up.
May the Lord grant you grace and perseverance as you fulfill your solemn duties to the people of the United States, remembering that we too are mortal, and will one day give our account before The Most High.
Respectfully,
